Monthly Winter Stays

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time in the Texas Hill Country. Wake up on cool mornings to find wildlife all around. Gaze up at our beautiful starry nights. Kayak, fish or float in the clear Frio River during our warm afternoons.

We have RV sites and cabins available for monthly stays at deeply discounted rates. Our monthly rates are available from mid-September through mid-May.

Instead of storing your camping gear all fall and winter, check out our low monthly rates. You can set up your camper and gear on one of our campsites and come and go at your leisure. When you arrive, everything is ready and you can enjoy your time away without having to set everything up.

Winter Texans

We are your perfect destination. We are away from the months of snow and ice and have cool mornings and evenings along with warm days. We are away from the city but only about 30 minutes from large grocery stores and Walmart. We offer a multitude of outdoor activities and plenty of room to roam. We have cabins available for your guests and a cabin available for gathering with your friends while staying with us. Bring some friends and book a month or more this winter.
